• 15 years as the Director of Counseling at Olive Crest Treatment Center, specializing in treating children and families recovering from grief, loss, abuse, and trauma

• Over 22 years as a member of CAMFT (California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists) and also a member of EMDR International Association.

• Master's Degree from Loyola Marymount University in Marital and Family Therapy/Clinical Art Therapy

• Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Fullerton in Art Education

• Spent 10 years as a Board Certified Continuing Education Provider, leading and educating clinicians in Art Therapy

• EMDR Certified (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with EMDRIA International Association
